Data Deletion Request
To delete your data from the Loop app:
- Open the Loop app
- Go to Settings › Privacy
- Tap "Delete my device data"
This will remove all your local data immediately, including your thoughts, entries, anchors, and progress.
Server Data Deletion
The limited data we hold on our servers is linked only to a random Device ID and a pseudonymous subscription ID, not to your name. To have it deleted:
- Open the Loop app
- Go to Settings › Privacy
- Tap "Request server data deletion" — this immediately deletes creator or promo attribution, paid and trial usage counters, free-trial usage counters and the request-cooldown record linked to those identifiers
As a fallback, you can email us at the address below; we will process the request within 30 days. We retain only: (i) creator commission and accounting records where required by tax or accounting law; (ii) the consent record for the Deep Loop feature for five years from your last consent action; and (iii) short-lived security records until their automatic expiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
