Loop does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. We do not collect email addresses, usernames, or any identifiers tied to a person.

We collect anonymous usage events to understand how the app is used and where to improve it. Each event contains only:
No name, email, device ID, IP address, user input, thought content, or any other identifier is included. The payload sent is strictly: {"event_name": "...", "screen": "..."}. This data cannot be linked to any individual.
We do not use advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID).
These events are stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Anonymous technical data (such as IP addresses) may be processed by our infrastructure providers for security and reliability. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
When you choose to use the Deep Loop Dialogue feature, the text of your looping thought and your messages during the session are transmitted to our AI infrastructure to generate responses. Specifically:
Messages are processed by OpenAI solely to generate responses and are not used to identify users. This content is processed in real time and is not stored after the response is returned. No name, email, device ID, or other personal identifier is included in the request. We do not store or associate this input with any identity. This feature is only available to users with an active Deep Loop subscription.
Subscriptions and payments are handled entirely by RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. We do not store or access your payment information. Their privacy policies apply:

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. The only data that leaves your device is:
Your personal data lives on your device and is protected by your device's security. Anonymous analytics and Deep Loop Dialogue requests are transmitted over HTTPS. No internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data we handle.
Loop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take prompt action to delete it.

If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or another region with data protection rights, and you have questions or requests, contact us at ramas.app111@gmail.com. Since we do not hold personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled entirely by you within the app.
If you are located in the EU or EEA, we process anonymous analytics data based on our legitimate interest to understand app usage and improve the product. This data contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you. When you use the Deep Loop Dialogue feature, processing is based on your explicit action of initiating the session.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
