These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and D. Samarska (doing business as Ramas) ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Loop mobile application and related services (the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using Loop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

By using Loop, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Loop is a wellness application designed to help you break negative thought cycles using breathing exercises, cognitive reframing techniques, and progress tracking. Loop is intended for general personal wellness purposes only.
Loop is not a medical device, therapy service, or mental health treatment. See Section 6 for the full medical disclaimer.
Loop offers a free tier and a premium subscription (Loop Premium):
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loop for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Your personal data — name, thoughts, session history, and progress — is stored locally on your device. We do not store or access this data on our servers.
We do collect anonymous usage analytics (event name and screen name only) to improve the app. This data contains no personal information and cannot be linked to you. When you use the Deep Loop Dialogue feature, the content of that session is transmitted securely to generate an AI response and is not retained after the response is returned.

Loop is a wellness tool for general personal use only. Nothing in Loop is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified mental health professional or physician regarding any mental health concern. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read or experienced in Loop.

The Deep Loop Dialogue feature uses AI to generate responses to your input. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. They are provided for general wellness support only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Always use your own judgment.

All content, features, and functionality of Loop — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of D. Samarska (Ramas) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or brand elements without prior written permission.
Loop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D. Samarska (Ramas) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Loop. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at ramas.app111@gmail.com and allow 30 days to resolve the matter informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Loop at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to the Services. You may stop using Loop at any time by deleting the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Loop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
