These terms govern the use of the website ramas.tech, operated by RAMAS TECH di Dar'Ya Samarska (details in section 10). The website presents our services and digital products and lets you send us an enquiry. It does not sell anything directly: purchases are completed on external platforms under the conditions described in section 4.
1. Scope
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the website. Purchases of our products are concluded on external platforms and are governed by the information in the relevant listing, the platform's terms and the law. Services for clients are governed by the agreement made for each project. The pages of the Loop app on this domain have their own terms of service and are not covered here.
2. Website content and intellectual property
The texts, design, graphics, monogram, images, video and code of the website belong to RAMAS TECH or are used under licence. You may view the website and share links to it; any other reproduction, distribution or modification of its content requires our prior written permission, except where the law allows it. Names, fonts and software of third parties remain subject to their owners' rights and licences. These terms do not replace the licence supplied with a purchased product.
3. Enquiries and services
Sending the "Start a project" form or an email is not an order and does not commit you to buy anything; it also does not by itself create a contract. If we take a project on, its scope, price, timing and conditions are agreed separately in writing. We answer enquiries as soon as we reasonably can but cannot guarantee a reply to every message.
4. Products sold on external platforms
Our digital products are sold on external platforms, to which the website links. Before buying, please check the listing and the checkout page: they state the price, what the product contains, the licence, the delivery method and the applicable withdrawal or refund conditions.
- Etsy: the sale is between you and the seller identified in our Etsy shop (RAMAS TECH di Dar'Ya Samarska). The listing, our shop policies and Etsy's own terms apply to the purchase.
- Gumroad: Gumroad, Inc. acts as merchant of record and reseller of our products, so the purchase is made with Gumroad under its terms and checkout information. Our product licence and our product-support obligations continue to apply; Gumroad's role does not relieve RAMAS TECH of responsibility for its own products.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you, including the mandatory rules of the EU country where you live. For support with a product you bought, write to info@ramas.tech.
5. External links
The website contains links to external services (sales platforms, music platforms and provider documents). They are offered for your convenience; we do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Each of them applies its own terms and privacy notice.
6. Information, availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date and correct errors when we become aware of them, but general descriptions on the website are not individual advice and do not form part of a product's contractual description, which is given in the listing. We may change, suspend or discontinue the website or any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We are liable for intent and gross negligence and in all other cases where the applicable law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited; nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits the mandatory rights of consumers.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that damages it, interferes with its availability, sends spam or unlawful content through the form, or circumvents its security measures. Automated bulk requests that affect the service are not permitted.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data on the website is described in the Privacy policy; the website uses no cookies, as explained in the Cookie policy.
9. Applicable law, language and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live, and any dispute is heard by the courts that are competent under the applicable consumer rules. For disputes about a purchase, the platform's own dispute and refund procedures are also available. The English and Italian versions of these terms have the same content; for consumers resident in Italy the Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy. We may update these terms when the website or the law changes; the date at the top identifies the published version.
